They have started to renovate the rooms, new interior fits the recent standards. Breakfast has a wide selection, good quality of food. Staffs very friendly and good location, the Inhouse Bar not worth mentioning unless you want to be alone with too loud music

For the money, this is exceptional. Fairly small by business standards, but nonetheless, the rooms are lovely, compact, but feel just right somehow even compared to larger rooms in other hotels. The quality is high, the bedding is fantastic, and the best pillows I've ever slept on, I hope the hotel send me one as a Christmas present! The staff...

Stayed one night at Melia Hotel. Arrived relatively early in the day so I had the chance to discover the hotel. I had ordered transportation from the airport and the hotel driver picked me up as planned. The check-in went smoothly and the staff spoke fair English. The room was very nice and comfortable with free wi-fi. The connection was...

This hotel was absolutely amazing and offers all the extras. From the moment you enter you are warmly greeted and treated like royalty. Yes it has a gym but it is one of the biggest and nicest I have seen on my travels and offers free classes. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to use the spa but it looked...

A start to our trip of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Room very nice but some traffic noise could be heard. Location good with lots in walkable distance. Bathroom facilities good with toiletries. Breakfast was lovely with various options. Had a snack lunch here which was lovely. Excellent service.

I recently stayed in the Melia Hotel, Hanoi, for a business trip. The hotel is undergoing some up grading, so it was quite noisy in the mornings. My room had been recently re-decorated and I have to say was absolutely lovely. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful.
