Stayed here for one night originally but extended to three nights. The staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! Had a great time staying here. Almost across the street is a great bun cha place!

Though our stay here was short we were very happy with the level of service and standard of the rooms. Our room had everything we could of asked for and more. The front desk staff were some of the best we've encountered on our trip, with advice on were to go and what to do, they even drew us a...

Neighborhood with a lot of noise. We received a room upgrade but after we understood it, the hotel was renovating, at 8am it started pounding. I sent some clothes to wash and they shrank 3 dresses and they disappeared with a top. Terrible breakfast and if you can see the kitchen, you certainly could not eat anything else. very dirty.

From the minute we checked in we were given special treatment. We were warmly greeted every time we had contact with a member of staff. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fine. Choice of eggs and the usual other selections. Service with a smile from everyone.

As someone who had grave reservations about the War in Vietnam, the "American War" for the Vietnamese, I didn't know what to expect my first night in Hanoi in what would become three weeks traveling by every means possible, north to south of that amazing country. I suppose I expected the Vietnamese to begrudgingly accept our money and politely smile...

Today is my second night staying at this hotel. I booked a junior suite, and it disapointed like hell. 1. 1st day : Tempreture hanoi yesterday was as cold as 16°c and their aircon has no sign for heating mode, staffs keep pressing, acting , buying time for their not so well-equipped hotel. Not even have a proper paper bag...

Friendly staff so far. However as soon as I laid down onto bed after having a late check-in, there was a very strong odor that was left behind by a previous guest. The pillow constantly gave off the smell, and when I took a whiff of the sheets, it was the same body odor. It was already late in the...

I like the Hanoi Legacy, mostly because of the neighborhood and the staff. The Old Quarter is where you probably want to be as a tourist. To say that it's an active district is to understate it by a lot. This is the great scooter chaos, walking on the sidewalk hoping that the vehicular traffic is really trying to avoid...

Giving this review even though we haven't finished our stay yet -- they get 5 stars because of how friendly and accommodating the reception was. When my wife had trouble sleeping on the first night, they kindly offered us a different kind of room at the back of the hotel (not facing the street) with no change fee, and even...

We stayed here 4 nights total. The staff is just wonderful, they will go out of their way to help you any way they can. We stayed in 3 different rooms because we left for Halong Bay then came back then left for Sapa then came back. All of the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was...
