I've stayed here three times while passing through Hanoi. It is consistently comfortable and clean, and is always one of the cheapest places to stay while still being as good as more expensive hotels. The rooms are spacious and have everything a mid-range hotel would have. It is an older building with no elelvator. The location is excellent. Right in...

There's a million and one well-priced hotels in Hanoi and while little diamond is not the best it's a clean, comfortable and reasonably well priced hotel in a central part of old town. Double rooms cost about 500,000 dong with breakfast and breakfast is a basic buffet with bread, eggs cooked to order, fruit, coffee and tea. The beds are...

We changed from our first hotel to this one as they didn't have any room to extend and we are so glad that we did! The hotel was amazing! It was so clean and the rooms are perfect size! We got a superior room as we were staying 6 nights and it was lovely - even had a balcony. I...

We moved here from another hotel and liked it much better. Clean and big rooms. Noise from the street is pretty bad in the lower levels. Also have option to not have a window so I'm sure it's more quiet. Breakfast was good the first day, then we saw a rat so did not eat the second. Very welcoming staff.

Stayed for 5 night in all. Rooms are nice and clean. Some are bigger than others. We stayed on 6th floor which had a nice view but no elevator. Breakfast was alright. Not too much to chose between but you do get to choose what kind of eggs you want. The staff was really helpful with all our bookings to...

It started with great communication through emails. Friendly staff organized pick-up from the airport for us. We stayed 3 nights in December, well on 5th floor, in room facing street. Yes, there is no elevator but good side is that is less street noise. Staff helped booking cruise trip to HaLong. We were back in January for two more nights...

We stayed here for 5 nights in January 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 2 rooms during our stay as we had an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay in the middle. The rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well equipped with everything you need and the breakfast was lovely with a good...
