It was nice, service was good and concierge was helpful. Location in French quarter was slightly away from the main touristy areas. We enjoyed the peace and short walk to the lake/ old quarter. However I was a little disappointed by little things, like lack of toothpaste and bathrobe. Perhaps this is just Garden Inn standard. Construction work at the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This is a great hotel with impeccable service, great people and good breakfast. The hotel staff takes great care of you, offers great tours and advice! Just a bit far from the old city but within walking distance! Which I enjoyed so it's more quiet. I highly recommend the viatnamese restaurant down the street. We kept going back! Well done...

Located very nicely near all the evening action. Appreciate the diy laundry. Decent room. Good stay! People visiting Hanoi do eat the yummy ice cream at the local dairy-Trang Tien Ice Cream. 15/20 minutes walk from the Beer Corner, 5 minutes from the puppet theater.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and keep coming back. The longest I stayed was 2 weeks and found the hotel peaceful and comfortable after a long day at work. The staff are wonderful and the room service is excellent. Great location. Very quiet. I highly recommend!

I booked this hotel because of price and location, but would come back because of the people. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was complimentary due to my Diamond status, but i would have graciously paid for the quality I received. Location is just outside the Old Quarter, but still only about a 3...

There are plenty of hotel options when it comes to this city, but if you are not after boutiques, then this hotel may be just right for you. Being a mid-level property in the hilton brand, it offers everything you expect - no more, no less. Location is just right in my opinion. Close enough to get to the old...

I just stayed one night. Perfect hotel. Got an upgrade to a Suite, breakfast was delicious...from noodle to congee, from fruit to french cheese...just perfect. They started to do pavement/construction work late at night. Some guests were furious, but on the 10th floor no noise of it. Try to get a higher floor. Wifi was very fast, TVs huge and...

We stayed here for six nights, using points. We were pleased to find the room was more spacious than we expected, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best Hilton Garden Inn breakfast we've had, and we did not tire of the selection over our stay. The breakfast staff were efficient and nice. The location was fairly good;...

Stayed 3 nights. Location of hotel very can. can walk to some area of interest. Taxis are very cheap in Hanoi if you want to venture very far. Staff was always willing to help. As a Hilton Gold member we were given an upgrade to a 2 room suite. Very nice room. Ice machines on even numbered floors. Breakfast buffet...

Spent 5 nights at the HGI on a points redemption. It's located just outside the old town/ lake area with a 10 mins walk to the Metropole. Saying that there's a number of cheap yet excellent places to eat in the vicinity including the Bun Cha place that Obama ate at with Anthony Bourdain. Rooms are a decent size, as...
