I've just spent time in Ha Noi with Luminous Viet hotel with reasonable price, great location and friendly staff. I will come back next time and hope to have a room with balcony as I wish. Thank you for welcome me!

Booked in for 5 nights and all was well. The staff are friendly and the hotel well priced for what you’d expect for what you payed. The breakfast coffee is only ok but plenty of good coffee shops nearby. Excellent location in the old city...More

The hotel is in the heart of old quartet. Staff was friendly. The photographs however are deceiving, the rooms are smaller than they appear (and we had the suite with balcony...). Towels were stained (although clean). Despite room being clean enough, we had to hunt...More

Although now that I think about it, they have a lift but to get to my room required going down a few (3 or 4) steps. So if you're unable to go up and down steps easily make sure to mention that when booking.
