We spent just $16/night for a room with a queen-sized bed, excellent air conditioning, free wifi, clothing storage closet, mini fridge (stocked), desk, flat screen TV, and full bathroom, and free breakfast was also included each morning. The building has both an elevator and stairs, plus affordable bottled filtered water you can purchase onsite. The staff were supremely friendly and...

Stayed their for only one night, the staff were helpful and friendly. We got a upgrade. The room was really nice . And the hotel is in a perfect location as it's got loads of shops and bars and restaurants around with the lake just a few minutes away walk. The only negative comments I can make is the door...

A friend recommended this hotel to us and it didn't disappoint. This hotel has got a perfect location and the staff welcomes you with a big smile and provide you with any information you are looking for. There is no bin in the bedroom. We stayed here for 3 nights on separate occasions and got upgraded each time. We got...

Very clean rooms on a great street close to everything in the Old Quarter. The staff is incredibly friendly w/ great English. The desk offered us a free upgrade (which we turned down), and also helped us get a cab and send us in the right direction. All motorbikes parked out front are moved indoors for the night (typical in...

Very clean rooms, in the middle of the old quarter, close to everything and the friendliest staff, 100% recommended. You can get a double bed for 18 dolars with breakfast, private bathroom and very good quality breakfast. In the middle of the tourist area, all the staff speak great english

Stayed from May 28 - 31. For two of the days either the fuse blew multiple times or there was no power for hours. Room is in dire need of a face lift, but was clean. Air conditioning was not strong and bed/pillow are uncomfortable. My first time experiencing headaches due to the hardness of the pillow. Location is right...

We stayed here for two nights and every thing was perfect!! - Beautiful room, great bed, lots of channels on tv. - the best location: right in the center and next to the best restaurants and bars, but still very quiet inside. - Normal bath!! Unlike all of this showers inside the toilet you get. - elevator!! So comfortable with...

Good for a 2 star hotel, stayed there 4 nights, rooms smelled a little funny, but we were barely in there anyways. Great front desk, not too pushy on the activities, very friendly and informative. Great Value as well, we got upgraded when we arrived because a better room had become available, we appreciated that gesture. Would recommend.

Booked based on other reviews as well as the location and overall had a good experience - only down side is the atmosphere, definitely not somewhere you can meet other travellers and doesn't have a social vibe. The staff are really helpful and happy. The location is bang in the middle of everything so definitely a plus point. I stayed...

Lily and River were AMAZING, super friendly, full of smiles, and always remembered our names! We stayed here for 6 nights while in Hanoi after a tour of Halong Bay. The rooms were basic and clean and mold-free, but for the price, was great value, especially if you are traveling a budget. The location is superb, right next to the...
