Our first stop in Hanoi was a great one. Awesome central location, just by the night markets. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in every way. First thing in the morning we were assisted by Spring, the lovely travel agent to book our cruise in Halong Bay which was a great adventure at a decent price....

A perfect spot in the old quarter with easy access to landmarks and tourist stops, as well as access to great food. We got upgraded for free since we wanted two single beds. The room was awesome. Only downside really was the traffic noise at nice, but that literally comes with the territory. Also the wifi was on and off...

Our family of five stayed for five nights total at Posh and we're very Comfortable there. It is in a beautiful old French style villa which could probably do with a little tlc but very clean. Lovely breakfast of anything you wanted in their rooftop restaurant set us up for a few days sightseeing. Diep and her family and staff...

Location was at the heart of the city. All attractions, food venues, night life, massage was at most a 15-min walk. The hotel is colonial architecture with a rooftop dining area where you have free excellent breakfast buffets. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, courteous and will go that extra step to assist you in booking daytrips, transpo, or direct you...

We stayed here twice in November 2016. It's like this hotel tried to be nice, but it's fallen into major disrepair. They want to seem luxurious, but it's all very cheap inside. Check-in is on two wobbly, very small stools. The rooms we stayed in were both awkward. A wall mounted lamp hung crookedly over one of the mirrors. The...

My second stay here was great. The room they offered (free upgrade from my superior room to the suite) was just excellent. Can't blame the staff at all. They are so kind and helpful and the ones that you may not find easy to meet in a strange country. I booked all of our travels (Sapa and Mai Chau tours...

Perfect loction in the old quarter. The staff is awesome. So friendly! They helped us with all of our belongings. When I lost my phone in a cab they managed everything so I got my phone back. The Hotel is clean, the staff is awesome, the breakfast in the rooftop. What do you want more?

This was our first hotel in Vietnam. Airport pick up was a good recommendation from the hotel. Hotel is at the top of the Old Quarter which is convenient if you want to also go to the West Lake area. The hotel staff are genuinely interested in your safety while in Hanoi. We arranged our Sa Pa and Ha Long...

I stayed for 2 nights at the Hanoi Posh Hotel. I stayed in the mixed dorm which was inexpensive and totally perfect for that price. Very comfortable beds and clean toilets. Spring at the Travel desk helped me out with the Ha Long Bay Tour & with booking flights to Da Nang. She was really kind and helping. All in...
