We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect and the staff couldn't be nicer. We were there on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and left a cake and rose petals on our bed. When we arrived a staff member walked me to a store to purchase a SIM card. When I mentioned that there were some...

This hotel was my first pit stop in Vietnam before a two weeks exploration of the country. The staff is just amazing, before leaving I was in constant touch with them via whatsapp because they were able to arrange and book for me something like a 2/3 of the whole trip! First: they provided me with better rates than all...

After reading all the excellent review of this hotel I really wanted to stay there but 48 hours before our arrival they cancelled on us. That was distressing as we were almost ready to board an international flight. They said there was work being none at the hotel and it would be too noisy for us. There was no prior...

I don't even know where to start. This extremely affordable hotel is well situated in the heart of the Old Quarter which is where you want to stay to experience the culture of everyday Hanoi. A short walk to the night market, lots of street food, vendors, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, the Hanoi Old Jail, 15 minutes on foot to the...

From walking the area (which is in a good location by the old quarter), I saw many receptions that looked similar (tidy/clean/nicely lit up) so I'd assume the rooms might be similar as well: Not too big (which if you pay attention at the architecture of this area most of the buildings are very narrow), clean, very comfortable bed, fast...

Yes, I will echo the sentiment of others and say the service was generally good. Hover, both room and bathroom are tiny (I am quite tall and using the toilet was a challenge) and I hate not having a proper window. Unlike others I thought the breakfast was awful, with little choice and poor quality.

A nice drink and introduction to the city on arrival. If you need anything all you have to is ask and they will gladly help you out in the most friendly way possible! 24h parking service came in quite handy and the breakfast is terrific!

Came across this hotel via 'The man in Seat 61' website and thought I'd give it a try. Arrived late from the airport and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating providing us with a welcoming snack and cool drinks. Although only a stay of a couple of days before moving on, the location is brilliant to sample the hectic...

We selected this hotel based on other reviews and were not disappointed. We couldn't believe how genuinely friendly and caring the entire staff was. They have a knack for remembering your name from day one and are always patient and helpful with questions. It honestly couldn't be better if it were a Ritz Carlton, and more authentic. This is reason...

Airport transfer: They were late in airport pick-up & apologized for it but from the welcome we got at the hotel lobby til the checkout & airport send off, I must give 5-star rating to staff all the way. Room: We stayed both in the quiet room (cheapest) for 1 night while waiting for our halong bay tour (booked through...
