The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist, Kim who provided good information on places with good food and sightseeing places to visit. The room is clean and quiet about 7-10 mins away from the hustle bustle of the main busy streets.

It was one of my best choices. And not because of the price, location, spa or carpets in the room. This is definitely not 5 star hotel. But it is much-much better. Because hear you'll feel yourself not just like at home. It's just like spending time with your old best friend, when everything is smiles and positive emotions. Why...

I recommend! We had a great stay, and that's thanks to the amazingly friendly staff of this hostel: they are incredibly welcoming, helpful, they booked some of our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa for us (and got us good prices!) and overall we were very grateful for their advice! After our night bus from Sapa back to Hanoi, we...

We had a really good experience there. The room was a bit claustrophobic, since the window was too small. Despite this, it was comfortable and clean, good bed and good shower. Pillows too high. Very tasty breakfast, a buffet with many choices. Coffee and tea served all day. The service is the highlight: Kim was extremely friendly and helpful, gave...

Booked 3 nights but stayed only 2 nights due to power failure on Day 3 and no Wifi connection in the room . The daytime staff, Kim is soft spoken and kind enough to offer us to change our accomodation to their sister hotel , Little Hanoi Diamond Hotel due to inconveniences we encountered and arranged the porter to take...

Thank god we only booked for 2 nights because it was not worth the 20 dollars a night for the twin room. We stayed in room 303 which smelt like damp and drains and was not the best. We had no shower curtain and after a day of traveling we wanted a shower soon. I complained to reception and they...

Had a great stay at Little Hanio. David and Kim were very helpful and setup some amazing tours for us during our time there. Rooms are a little older but maintained well. The location is also central and easy to get to and from the bus and or train stations.

The staff at little hanoi hostel is what makes this hostel what it is. very friendly and acommodating will do everything in thier power to make sure you have the best experience possible. Not a party hostel which is one of the parts about it, it is only three blocks from the party/backpacker area.
