Staff are very friendly and helpful with suggesting tours around Hanoi. We book a tour to Sapa and to Halong Bay through this hotel, prices are relatively reasonable as well. Room is clean and spacious!

breakfast was great. rooms were thoroughly cleaned and had a nice little TV to watch. but there was a nasty smell in the bathroom like sewage. we close the door at night and it was fine. the staff are super helpful and eager to help, and made our trip much easier.

First time packing i have no idea where to go. After several searches i picked up Vietnam. My first stop was in Hanoi. I went on booking.com to see where to sleep and bodega hotel looked really nice and cheap. Also they have many good reviews. I booked a single room for two nights. When i came there were two...

I was staying here for three days. Although in the Old Town it has very quiet rooms. I had one without a window which I don't like that much but it was okay. The Hotel is not the most modern, but everything was clean. The toilet in my room was leaking (but not the sewage water). I paid 14 USD...

Stayed here for a few nights, and while it's definitely a budget hotel it was better than I expected. Especially the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was lunar new year and at midnight they provided all guests with the Vietnamese new years cake and drinks.

We stayed here as a quick night in Hanoi before heading to the airport and would not recommend. I know it is a budget hotel so I definitely wasn't expecting anything fancy, but for the same price, we have stayed in much better places in Vietnam and Hanoi. This place is dingy, run-down, not super clean, and smells like smoke....

Wouldn't return. The location is convenient to the train station, but that's all this place had going for it. It was old, felt dirty, and just generally felt like an old, smoky highway motel back home, which can be good for the price but not someplace you want to vacation. We stayed one night while passing through Hanoi and it...

This hotel is just ok the room was just ok nothing to rave about! It was the noise from outside on the corridor you could hear the other guests and the reception is open plan so you could hear the staff on reception chatting we didn't sleep at all. Breakfast was terrible it was frozen bread and margarine and a...

We booked this as it was the cheapest hotel with ok reviews near where we wanted to stay. The room was ok, not the cleanest. The bathroom was pretty rubbish, had to sit in the bath to use the shower as there was no shower curtain and no way of hanging up the shower. The WiFi was fine.
