We have a very large 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with pool view. Includes full kitchen and washing machine. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Also has some TV in English. Wifi is free (but this is the case everywhere). Our kids made very good use of the pool and loved that they provided complimentary ice creams and drinks in our...

When I arrived at this hotel coming from the airport, it took a while for me and the taxi driver to locate this hotel as the exterior lights were all turned off. I arrived pretty late at night around 11pm or so. I also noticed that they do turn on their Somerset Grand Hanoi exterior lights during certain hours, but...

Spectacular view of the French Quarter from your room (with glimpses of St Joseph's and the Opera House), walking distance from the Hoan Kiem lake and the Old Quarter, great buffet worth more than its price, convenience store and several restaurants on the first floor, and for a fee you get pickup from the airport (with a vehicle equipped with...

Hanoi is smaller than Saigon, so less people means fewer horns honking - what's the difference in a few million mopeds? This hotel / condo is 26 stories tall, has nicely furnished rooms (apartments), friendly staff and a shopping mall attached. The views are awe inspiring, you can see the city in all directions.

Let me first tell you that I don't prefer to stay in serviced apartments. I generally prefer the full service and amenities of staying in a 4/5 star hotel. I find the apartments generally feel that they have been quite "lived in" and the furniture is quite used and dated. I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. There were 4...

This hotel offers large rooms hotel style plus up to 3 bedroom apartments with full self catering. Rooms are spacious with quality bedding and facilities. The room rates are good value. The breakfast selection is ok but lacks a little imagination. Nice pool area.
