For the price that we have paid, we are very happy with what we got. Large room with balcony. Bathroom is quite basic, but everything works like they should. Worth mentioning is a staff/owner named Son, really made us feel at home.

Room was good size although there was a bit of noise from the drainage in the night. Staff were very friendly and we were offered great service and a shuttle to the airport. This hotel was in a great location to get to the lake and can't really complain for the price, was a bargain for what it was

Lovely hotel at an excellent cost in an unbeatable location right in the heart of old town hanoi. Also they have fast, free wifi and great customer service, what else could you want. Stayed there for 2 nights, would happily stay again.

Hotel is based in Hanoi Old Quarter. Very good location. Brilliant staff in the hotel. They advised on restaurants, booked restaurants, advised on and arranged tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa, they arranged cars when we needed, they booked flights. Nothing was too much trouble. Room rates were really low, so it was excellent value.

When I asked Cindy, the manager, to please call my friends in their rooms to let them know that our ride to the airport was about to arrive soon she smiled graciously, dialed the first room and said, “Sir there is a very sexy young lady in the lobby who would like to speak with you and that young lady...

I didn't have a hotel booked and as two people on my tour were staying here and spoke highly of the hotel, I decided to stay for one night. I must admit, I usually do frequent review sites before I book a hotel but I didn't for this one so didn't really know what to expect. The staff were very...

we really enjoyed our stay with this hotel, we spent a little bit more and upgraded our room for a street view and a nicer bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when we checked in they offered tea and coffee and took the time to sit down and show us a map. The receptionist outlined where everything was...

This hotel was a home away from home for me during my holiday to Hanoi. Conveniently located close to hoan kiem lake amongst a multitude of cafe, restaurants and shops this hotel was fantastic place to stay. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The free breakfast is very good and tasty. Large spacious modern rooms with...
