It was our first trip in Hanoi and we were not sure about everything. We''ve ordered our accomodation through email. Everything was wonderfull!!! Pick-up service cheaper than aeroport rates. The hotel has very good location. Our trips to Halong Bay and Sapa were ordered through Rising Dragon and were very good organized. But most of all we liked people who... More

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Rising Dragon Hotel. From the sheer professionalism of the entire staff to its beautifully clean room, its generous breakfasts and the smiling welcomes it was without doubt the best hotel in which we stayed during our two months in Vietnam.

After a long uncomfortable ride on the train I arrived in Hanoi before sunrise. It took awhile to locate the taxi driver arranged through the hotel. Thankfully he was found and Rising Dragon was too. On arrival, the hotel was full and too early to check-in. The manager was welcoming and made me feel comfortable offering breakfast before check-in and... More

My visit in the Rising Dragon Hotel was a pleasure. Anything I asked for was done. I had to leave hotel at 3 am and all staff was awake and helped me with everything. And during my second (very short) stay in HaNoi I needed to find some places in the city and to leave my luggage in some safe... More

Opted for the hotel taxi and was meet on arrival clean and courteous and no hassle Arrival at hotel was great after a long flight and very relaxed and straight forward. Rooms were clean, tidy and light despite having no outside window. There is a window with a skylight so you do get natural light in. The tourist service provided... More

This was such a refreshing place to stay after getting ripped off at the City Gate Hotel (please, please don't stay there, even though it's in a bunch of guidebooks). For only $5 more than City Gate we had programmable air conditioning, a true shower (not a shower that's just a hose where the toilet is), a clean bed, large... More

I visited Hanoi during Vietnamese New Year, right before flying back home. This hotel was the perfect place to get some rest after a long journey, while still visiting the crowded (and noisy) city of Hanoi. I stayed in a room on the top floor: spacious, clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The team at Rising Dragon far exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were great and very cheap, nice and clean, spacious and very well located in Hanoi. David Trung and his team were outstanding with their welcome and assistance with all of our needs. Nothing was too much to ask. David organised tours to Halong Bay and SAPA for us...... More
