No worries with this hotel right in the heart of the tourist area of Ho Chi Minh. Many streets around that can entertain you for hours just by watching the people and drinking beer in a wifi place. They unfortunately lost the electricity while I was there, but the whole street did, so it wasn't their fault, just classic Vietnam.... More

We arrived at Saigon around 10pm and the hotel arranged a service to pick us up at the airport. The personnel who welcomed us is very friendly. The place is clean and can accomodate four persons in a room. We also booked our mekong river tour at the hotel and our bus transfer from vietnam to cambodia. If you just... More

Excellent quality for price. Staff were all incredibly friendly, rooms were all very clean and were of a good quality. Staff helped us book tours and were very helpful in all aspects of staying here. Excellent location in the backpacker district. Would definitely come and stay here again :)

Their place is clean, price is good because the room can accommodate 3 people, No shoes after the staircase entrance is definitely a good policy to keep their premises clean. And thumbs up for the Friendly staff !

Phan Lan 2 hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and courteous and the breakfasts were simple but delicious, a little harder to find as its down a lane way, so it might be worth getting the hotel to arrange a airport pickup, which at $15 us is quite reasonable. it is situated in the heart of the... The hotel is very clean, partially perhaps because of their "no-shoes" policy. You need to leave your shoes at the reception level and walk up to your room in your stocking (or slippered) feet. And, yes, you do need to walk up to your room since there is no elevator. I was unfortunate to be assigned the room on the... More

Ended up staying in this twice during our trip to Vietnam as we liked it so much the first time! The location couldn't be better, on the backpacker street but not noisy at night time. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is simply but so tasty. On top off all that the price is amazing and definitely worth... More

Wife and I stayed 3 nights here at the Phan Lan Guesthouse. The price was great, the locations was good, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. If you're looking to spend the day in your room and admire the ambiance this may not be the place, but if you're looking for a well priced room with location and... More

We stayed only one night in the 2nd floor. The room was was so small and depressing without a window Outside, only to the corridor. We didn't want the breakfast, coz wanted to sleep long so the price of that miniroom was 18$. Anyway, we woke up quite early to the noises from downstairs. The staff is really nice and... More
