Rooms are nice well light and very clean. All staff are really nice and Kim's Hotel is in an excellent location. On side street so no noise from the main street with all its craziness. Lol. Really can't go wrong.

Living in Bien Hoa, I would bike into Saigon for a visit now and then, and Ms. Kim and her staff were always very kind. The rooms are simple and clean, and there's a lovely rooftop patio. I love the room on the top floor with patio access. On arriving on one occasion, the main location was booked but they... More

We spent 5 nights here and it's in a fantastic location if you want to stay in the lively backpacker area, but want a quiet room. The staff were lovely, rooms clean and had all the amenities you'd want from a budget hotel. There's a lovely little rooftop terrace to have a beer on too. It's down a small alleyway,... More

Kim hotel was clean and the staff nice. Ok English. The room was large and fresh, bed comfortable. The only reason we moved was due to it being a little pricey compared to others and we have a tight budget.

My sister and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff were very welcoming and the room was spotless. The location was excellent - just around the corner from Bui Vien street which has plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy, and a short walk to the market. We enjoyed our stay there and, yes, there is a... More

We stayed for about 10 hours as we had to catch and early morning flight out HCMC. The staff were not overly friendly, seemed quite cranky, however it does seem as though they spend each night being woken up by drunken guests trying to get back in. The hotel is very conveniently located in the backpacker district off of the... More
