Where do I start. If you like hair in your ice tray, go for it!!! The hotel porters damaged our paintings and now they don't want to know us. Don't bother asking for a wake up call, you won't be called. We had a message sent to us by a tour guide, we never got it!!! We are still waiting....

First impressions of this hotel are that it is very small. This is true but it was also very comfortable. It is tucked away in a side street but is only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of District 1 and the market and park. Our room was on the 6th floor, quite small but still functional. Again, there...

I don't normally write bad reviews and I know you get what you pay for etc which is why I was so disappointed in this hotel. Despite some dodgy reviews on booking.com website about being charged twice, hotel mucking up booking etc, I booked this hotel and sorely regretted it. Do not stay here- they are disorganised and rip you...

My first impression of the hotel was small and dodgy, however, when you walk inside, the hotel is clean and presentable but it stops there. Its perfect for sleeping, resting & putting your shopping away considering that it is not too far off from the Ben Thanh market and all the other places. We stayed in the deluxe suite but...

Tan Hai Long 3 is a great hotel for a long weekend spent exploring HCMC or the Cu Chi tunnels. As long as you are out and about (and not spending much time hanging out in your room) the Tan Hai Long 3 is a wonderful option. First, the value was spot - on. Rooms were about $28 per night...

We stayed here for only 1 night - This hotel is in a great spot - easy walking distance to everything Staff were friendly and helpful and also very accommodating when we asked if we could change to a room with a balcony (which I thought I had booked). Overall great hotel, excellent value for money. If you want to...

Internet was free and reliable, breakfast was buffet and often had delicious pho. Close to bars and restaurants and easy to find way home from city as it's near a tall building. Close to markets, helpful staff that booked our boat ride to Cambodia. Large bathroom with bath, shower had to be hand held because otherwise it sprayed all over...

Great hotel and service! Right in the city center, close to every attraction for tourists : Benthanh market, Opera house, shopping malls, eateries. All the staff were very friendly, courteous and willing to help. Our room was a Superior and that was all we needed. Quiet, well-ventilated, comfortable and clean. Daily breakfast was delicious but I think they should have...
