This hotel is in a perfect location in backpacker district. The rooms are Just Okay. Our shower and hot water did not work so could not shower whilst we were there, Breakfast was minimal but fine. All in all an okay hotel. Staff were lovely. and had a nice welcome .

The two ladies at Reception are awesome. They are so helpful and take the time to chat to you about the city and provide you with useful information. Super friendly and always smiling. It's a great location, close to all the main attractions. The rooms are nice and clean. Will definitely recommend to all. No complaints what so ever.

I stayed here with my friend in July 2014 (since we learned that it has a TripAdvisor award) and got a double bed room. We stayed at the top-most floor but it was hard to go up the steep stairs and the hotel has no elevator. Our room was small and has limited space, looks a bit dark, but has...

We stayed 5 nights at the NK and were very happy with the location, price and service. Tucked away in a side street away from the noise and chaos of the streets, we were very happy with what was a web booking based solely on other peoples reviews. Located in the Pham Ngu Lao area of District 1 it is...

We spent three nights here after arriving from Kuala Lumpur. Although we arrived quite late in the day the staff were still smiling and helped take the bags to the room. A cold glass of juice is given to you while you sort the necessary bits out. The room itself was small and basic (which was fine for us) but...

A very nice place to stay, with clean and well maintained rooms. The people are very accommodating and helpful. We arrived at around 1am, the owner is still up and ready to assist us. He even served us welcome drinks and helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. It's not an easy feat since we're on the third floor....

The staff are incerdibly helpful and friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags with them after checkout and also to have a quick dhower before getting on the train that evening. The hotel is perfectly located and very comfortable. We also booked on the same day as our stay and didn't have to pay a booking fee. I would...

When u plan to visit Vietnam, there is no need to book in advance as there are plenty of hotels and tour agencies, competing with each other. If you enjoy a particular place, just stay longer. The receptionists do speak English and you can pay in dongs or US dollars. Not bad for a hotel that provides a comfortable bed...
