Overall the hotel is fine, my stay was fine. The room was spacious with nice bathroom, television, functioning aircond. What I can't stand was the terrible WiFi. Since I was travelling there it's only natural that I need Wi-Fi to communicate to people back home and my family members who are staying in a different room. But the line was...

We arrived around 12mn and the transfer van (courtesy of the hotel) was waiting for us at the airport. The driver was quiet, but given how late it was, it was quite understandable. Once we got to the hotel, we had some issues with our reservation. It was difficult to converse with the receptionist since he could barely speak English....

Solid budget hotel with decent rooms and good location. There's good coffee and banh mi right across the street, and there's other good stuff right in the neighborhood. It's only a 10 minute walk to Pham Ngu Lao, and 15 minutes to the market. The staff were extremely helpful. They not only were very helpful around the hotel, but also...

Its worth what you pay for. The pictures of the lobby is not accurate i feel. It is a small hotel. And the lift only takes you...

The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception and in the dining area were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Good breakfast. Very peaceful location. The security guard was very helpful when we arrived considering that it was 1:00 AM . The receptionist offered to take a cab for my airport transfer and she told me how...

I travel alone on my trip to HCM so the hotel location is important to me. I am glad I booked at City Star Hotel. The room is spacious, though I don't have a window, the receptionist told me that on the window side has different price - since I booked this earlier than my travel - I just took...
