Small hotel in District 1 that is well located and very professionally managed. The room was well appointed, and staff very responsive. The breakfast was adequate for the room price. Could not fault this place for the value and cleanliness.

Only look for the Malihn company taxis or Vinnasun taxis which charges you according to the meter. Alternatively, you can get a Uber, which i heard will be slightly cheaper.
