This is our second stay at La Vela Saigon. I come here to visit my hometown for Tet. I love the atmosphere here, it's cozy and warm. Because the staff and service is wonderful, I cancelled plan to stay elsewhere and return to enjoy fabulous impression of this top class hotel. Facilities are impressive, and all staff reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating. Particular mention should go to Ms. Han (with yellow Ao dai), who made sure that we had been helped whenever we needed it. She's so nice and caring when she greets the guests with a beautiful smile and a drink. I used to stay in many luxury hotels to small hotels, this is the most kind and professional one. They respect all the guests even who you are, where you from, and how you look like with no famous brand on your clothes. They welcome you like visitors come their home. However, the lobby just looks like you go to supermarket, not seem like hotel. LOL :))) I dont know why it's so crowded here. Is it famous destination? While waiting my room until around 3pm, I had seen people from many different coutries checking in at lobby, Australian, American, Chinese, Poland, etc. It's also busy on the infinity pool, too. Anyway, we shall certainly return to La Vela in the future, and recommend it wholeheartedly.…

Amazing view from the rooftop pool, beautiful luxurious rooms. Big breakfast with lots of choices. During New Year cute activity. Only downside for me personally was the bed being to hard as I have back injury and am really light weight. But for most people the beds will be very comfortable.

Super beautiful hotel nice bed and good service very beautiful skybar and infinite pool at the top of the hotel also super nice views from the top you can see all the big buildings sometimes some fireworks the infinite pool is super nice with hot weather

Visiting Saigon and checking out labels hotel. Hotel is a wonderful place to visit. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Hi chi mieh is a beautiful place to be. Can’t wait to explore Vietnam. Beautiful.

We just came here to visit our friends, but were totally amazed by the spacious and elegant lobby! The hotel is filled with Lunar New Year spirit, as well as outstanding staff! Thank you Sam and Tuan for spending times with us, these two are so lovely, they also gave us free traditional lucky letters as a gift! Defintely will stay at this hotel if we have a chance.
