Reception service and assistants in the lobby were good. This hotel was much better once. It is now too expensive, for where it is. Upgraded to a better room for 500,000 VND (2 nights). The whole area, around that part of District 1, has changed. There is construction everywhere and the area down by the river, has lost its charm....

I had another great stay at Roseland Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Thi, Bi and Cuong. I travel for business and have stayed here several times over the past 12 months. Why stay anywhere else when the staff are friendly, rooms are quite and safe, location is great and breakfast is always fresh and tasty. Well...

We stayed here for 7 nights and the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and tidy and very well presented for a 3 star hotel. Front desk and concierge could not be more helpful, highly recommend this for a £40 a night hotel. Our room was the one that is on the front page and it could not be...

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk service was great too. The hotel location at the CBD and is convenience to go a few of sight seeing places pointed by tripadvisor. Even the hotel next to Starbuck Coffee

I had a great stay at Roseland Inn. The staff in the dining room were great. Thi Nguyen and Mr Cuong made my stay very pleasant. They were eager to assist me at breakfast. They outperformed in the customer service. I recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Roseland Inn in Saigon for the New Year. The hotel is very well located, a reasonable walk to Saigon's major attractions. The hotel is fairly basic, but it is clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast foods on offer are quite limited, however there seemed to be quite a lot of cooked food which...

Bellboys and restaurant personel were courteous. Great central location. Overall the installations were clean. I was charged twice on my credit card for my stay, an issue I still have to solve with the hotel. The internet on the sixth floor was awfully slow. Breakfast had an acceptable variety of options but of average quality.

Our usual three star hotel in Saigon had raised its rates, so Ms Nworbd hunted up an alternative, the two star Roseland Inn Hotel. The price was right and the location quite central, only one block from the city’s classiest street. We made a reservation for 11 nights. On arrival, we were upgraded to a ‘grand deluxe’ room, 3rd floor...

Dear Mr & Mrs Brown, Thanks for taking your time and leave a feedback in here. From the first email when you asked for a reservation. We offered the Deluxe room with cheapest price cause you told us that you will stay for a long time. Im sure you can't book the same kind of room at our hotel on...

We had a windowless room for 4 days and found it fine - quiet and dark at night. The hotel is located in the middle of the District 1 action, so quiet and dark were bonuses. The room was small, but adequate, and clean. The breakfast was reasonable, not great. The location is excellent - lots of restaurants and bars...

I stayed here for 1 night in the luxury room with my partner. It was an excellent experience. The room, facilities and staff were perfect. A special mention to Thi. He was very helpful and made my stay there very pleasurable. He would go out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. I definitely will...
