We have booked 3 rooms for our business trip. HOWEVER, we have experienced a nightmare checking in. The receptionist could not find the records of our booking. She insisted that we have only booked 2 rooms. We have booked 3 room, a total of 4 guest checking in. A lot of irrelevant questions were asked and documentation were needed for...

Stayed here for three nights and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and very well located to walking around the area. Lots of good places to eat close by to and great coffee everywhere. Staff was really helpful and super easy to work with with. The massages here are really really good and very well priced. The hot stone...

On the positive side the hotel is situated very close to the Sky Tower in the centre of the city, so it makes a very central base for exploring. It also has an excellent spa for massages: the 'foot' massage included head, neck, shoulders, back and arms and at 200,000 VD was a bargain! The rooms are reasonably spacious but...

The traffic here is so bad you may wonder how anyone gets anywhere. This is a mid size hotel that aims to please and does everything ok or better. Room was totally acceptable and larger than I might have expected for city center. Nothing not to like.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour and then 4 of us returned for 1 night after a week on our own in Cambodia. The price is very reasonable for a super nice hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were really nice, modern, and clean with various views. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly...

This hotel is walking distance from many of the key sights in Ho Chi Minh City. Although in a busy neighborhood, the hotel's soundproofing is good, so the traffic didn't disturb our sleep. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bathroom clean and with nice toiletries.

Dangerous stairs leading inside to lobby, bare bones extremely small rooms and bathrooms, not particularly good service. Bring your own wash cloth & robe. A plus are extra pillows in closet & a full length mirror.

Nice cozy rooms. Nice linens on bed and bath. A/C. Decent breakfast. Close to pedestrian walkway. Busy neighborhood. Friendly people at front desk. Clean and neat. Went with friends. Easy to markets, opera house. Oh, there is a rooster call at about 4:30 am. Ring its neck!

This is a conveniently located, high quality hotel -- clean, modern, and quiet despite its location in a busy area. My room faced away from the streets, so I slept soundly. Best part was the breakfast spread which included my favorite spring rolls, crusty french bread, an assortment of Vietnamese as well as western selections. I always have the fresh...
