This is why you should choose Palace hotel Saigon. Located in the city centre, clean, safe, nice view from the room's balcony, plenty to choose from for breakfast. Excellent restaurant Lemongrass on the 14th floor.

I'm not sure, but I can tell you there is a decent amount of International restaurants in the area since the hotel is right in the center of downtown, but most of them are serving western food. In the "backpackers district" of Ho Chi Minh, just southwest of the hotel, they have a lot more options for international food, like I remember seeing a Brazilian restaurant. Good luck
