After 2 weeks in Vietnam, I can attest that this is not a 4-star hotel. Wifi didn't work, which was the only place we experienced an issue from north to south. Bed was rock hard and sheets were itchy. At least they had hot water....More

I'm not sure, but I can tell you there is a decent amount of International restaurants in the area since the hotel is right in the center of downtown, but most of them are serving western food. In the "backpackers district" of Ho Chi Minh, just southwest of the hotel, they have a lot more options for international food, like I remember seeing a Brazilian restaurant. Good luck
