Saigon Hotel is well located, fairly priced, and a lovely stay. You know what happens after you've been on a planes twenty hours (admittedly with a seven-hour nap) and, after you land in Saigon, immediately have to run a bunch of errands? You get tired. Especially when you're scheduled to fly out in twelve hours on a redeye to Shanghai,...

Usual Vietnamese hospitality, supreme food, and smiles. What made this unforgettable was the assistance I got for trying to locate a lost/stolen computer, with umpteen phone calls, and then help me getting a new one on a Sunday morning.

Saigon is huge, busy and a very large population. You'll struggle to find solitude with peace and quiet. Our room was on the front, 3rd floor, but we had no problem sleeping at night. We could see the mosque mentioned in a previous post and we never heard a thing from it. Good breakfasts. As with all the hotels we...

Located in the business district, opposite a large Sheraton hotel and the city mosque. The outside of the hotel looks a bit tired, but inside the rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the incessant noise in the City. Breakfast was OK but limited. There are lots of restaurants in the immediate area, but these are quite pricey -...

The hotel was very good value, friendly staff, very good breakfast catering for all tastes. Central location, very busy city so take care when walking. My only grumble is the calling to prayer from the mosque across the street which goes on all night.

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Nice people, clean rooms, and good wifi. The breakfast is very good. The location is great and the restaurants, shops are everywhere. Not far to the opera house, the rex for a drink or the river for a walk.

This hotel has a very good value for money. It is very well located neat the opera house and Dong koi street. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The street is very quiet just across the Sheraton hotel. The staff is friendly, the buffet breakfast is ok but could feature more food for westerners.

We stayed in Saigon hotel two nights and we really enjoyed it. We were nicely upgraded to deluxe room. The location is central and the room big, clean and quiet. We sincerely recommend this hotel surrounded by restaurants and bars and very close to main attractions.

This hotel is opposite the Sheraton and half the price. The rooms are very good and hotel is clean and decent. If you only need to stay indoors most of the time, this is not the one for you but if you need to only sleep and have breakfast, it makes a lot of sense.
