This relatively new hotel is clean, has convenient location, friendly staff and is good value. On the negative side, the soundproofing is indeed non existent in certain rooms and it is not the quietest area in town. There is also no lift, but I was on the top floor and did not mind. Would stay again!

Great spot in the centre of district 1. The guys that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at 5 am, rung the bell and they let us in early to sleep on the floor. They then had a room made up for us early before check in time as we had just spent the night on an...

It was good until we checkout after one night and the staff and the manager doesn't let us put our luggage in our friends room and told us to get out from the hotel after we spend there one night and pay for a room and everything

Stayed here for a few nights. No complaints, staff were very friendly and welcome which was nice as I found HCMC quite a rude place. Great location, the street is so busy but you get used to it, as is everywhere else in the area. Lovely room with a nice ensuite, very clean and presentable. Good value for money!

The room is big and very clean as well as the bathroom. It is located right in the city center, it's perfect to visit the city. Less than 10mn walking to Ben Than market. The staff is really nice. Decent price, it's definitely a good value for money hotel.

Hotel is located just around the corner from loads of bars and restaurants and has its own terrace where you can bring your own beers. Rooms were a good size and clean with AC and your own tv and fridge. Overall good value for money. Only major down side is the Wifi didn't work at all in our room which...

Good location close to lots of food and bars. A lot to see in local area. Friendly helpful staff. Clean basic rooms at good price. Lovely little terrace. Hotel itself was not noisy but building work next door while we stayed - detracted a bit from stay.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and well equipped rooms. It is on quite busy street, which may or may not be an advantage for you. Construction works are currently going on right next to the hotel. If you don't like climbing stairs, be warned that there is no lift there...

“We suggest paying extra 2 dollars and avoid room no 9 which is the smallest in the hotel. Rooms on the higher floors are quieter if facing the street, but can be annoying to climb up and down 10 times a day.”
