The rooms are decent. The hotel is quite cheap - value for money. Centrally located. Many eating places are within walkable distance. While the street facings rooms allow you to see the city pass by, it can be noisy.

Bongsen Annex Hotel - this is the old one. Very tired and not well kept; small room old fittings in bathroom. Smelly old too! Noisy as sound directly from street can be heard in the rooms. Overnight stay only can be tolerable. Make sure if booking that it is the new one along Dong Khoi Street.

This hotel is a good choice for short stay in Saigon. Near old theater and many restaurants and Massages places. Only one negative point the breakfast opening hours. The breakfast is from 6:00 to 9:00 but in reality noting is ready before 6:30. So 2 1/2 of time is short for traveler with fly booking.

I am presently staying at this good quality 2 star hotel for the second time because I am delighted with the standard of rooms and friendly service all at a reasonable cost , it is only 3 minutes walking from the main Nguyen Hue Street Good value

Not much to add to the title summary. The rooms are quite small but there R good restaurants nearby, a wine shop across the street and you are just around the corner for a company offering day tours of Saigon. Staff were friendly but, since I was have no knowledge of Vietnamese, communication was rather iffy.

The only reason I stayed here is because when I returned from Ha Noi and went to the Bong Sen Hotel on Dong Khoi street, I was told that my room had water problems, and that there was no other room available on a Tuesday night. The room was very basic. The breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Quite...

Pleasant enough room on 6th floor, though the shower could have been better. Not much of a view but a fine place to stay on a budget and good location for Ho Chi Minh sightseeing, nightlife and restaurants. Breakfast was disappointing and the free wi-fi was fairly weak, OK for browsing but not strong enough for Skype. Staff were all...

I have been there last November 2014 for conference. The hotel is located district 1 and very good location for business and shopping. It is closed to Saigon river and also easy to walk around there. It is suitable for backpackers bcoz it is inexpensive and economy type.

Nice small hotel and good location. The room is good and restaurant for breakfast. But unfortunately we stay only 1 night where we shift to Metropole as looking for swimming pool and mostly resting after round trips in Vietman.
