Attentive and friendly staff makes a pleasant stay at this hotel. Central location...ideal for tourist at leisure. Room and facilities were well maintained. Good and reliable free Wifi whenever you need it..no problem even in the room.

Staff great. But breakfast very spartan and basic. Everything done with pork content and in poor taste. Not even a bread roll. I stayed here very often but now stop because of the weak breakfast. I have complained so many times. Definitely if you are from Malaysia or Indonesia you should avoid the breakfast. The location is convenient.

Very near to Ben Than Market as well as other smaller shops. Also next to the hotel is an optical shop (if you suddenly find in need of contact lens solution and such). Staff were helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is served on the 10th floor but it is a small area so one may find difficult to get a...

Having worked throughout Asia over the years (in hospitality) but never Vietnam, I had no expectation as to what to expect except being told Vietnam was different. The hotel was clean, spacious quiet. Breakfast was adequate for our western tastes and plentiful, good way to start the day. Staff were always avaialble and polite, doors opened every time coming and...

We paid about $35USD a night for this hotel. I thought that the hotel room and bathroom was large. It had a nice sized closet and 2 chairs. The bed was a bit hard and the room was a bit old fashioned looking. However, overall, I was extremely pleased with the location. We could walk to dinner and shopping. It...

Located across from Ben Thanh market, this hotel is a bargain and is well maintained and staff are great. It's amongst many restaurants and shops , and there is plenty to do nearby. The breakfast is only average, but there is a place called Mon Hue just a few doors up that is a good option. Overall, happy with this...

My travel partner and I stayed here for two nights in early march 2013.  The room was clean, the wifi worked well, shower with a shower curtain, friendly staff.  It got a little noisy around 6 am because we were on the 9th floor right under the kitchen. The buffet breakfast was okay but it was nice to be able...

Hotel is centrally located in amongst all the shops and ben thanth market is about 50m away! Staff can arrange great trips including the Cu Chi tunnels. The best thing is the staff...
