These guys were very friendly and professional. The hotel is very modern and facilities are great. You have a washer and dryer in your room with supplied detergent. 20L drinking water supplied. Free WiFi and a great gym and pool. Awesome for families traveling.

Attractive, spacious apartments which are equipped to a high standard: a family could happily live here for an extended period. Reception staff are extremely helpful and have excellent English and communication skills; special thanks to Justin and Brian for making our stays so comfortable. We actually stayed here 3 times on our recent holiday to Vietnam, returning to HCMC after trips to different parts of the country. You can walk from Somerset to the main sights or Justin will call you a taxi. Taxis were reliable and great value. Lovely pool area and a good restaurant and supermarket on site. We came here because we’d previously stayed at Somerset apartments in Hanoi and found them to be ideal. These places are also sensibly priced, particularly if you are in a family group and want different bedrooms: we find the apartments are a good option for this sort of thing vs having to book multiple hotel rooms. The units have proper kitchens and laundry facilities so you can really get yourselves refreshed again after a trip into the wilds. It’s great to have the space of an apartment but with all of the benefits of a hotel: 5-star hotel reception, pool, gym, lounge, etc.. We would definitely return!

Great service, great staff, perfect internet, super nice tv content, feels like home, new and modern about everything. It s not perfectly clean but clean enough to say it s ok. 6 people and a baby fits in a 3+1 room config with double bathroom and separate kitchen. Nobody wanted to leave the house in the check out day, no kidding. :))

I stayed here several times because of the large appartments with full kitchen utilities and nice bed stuffs. Breakfast is at little choice but tastes good. All rooms are nice but there should be a brighter daylight bulb in each bedrooms as well as living room for some purposes such as finding things on the floor, reading book or playing games...

Check into this service apartment with another 2 families.
Mine is a 1 bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor. The room has a small kitchen, a large new fridge with cold water dispenser and a new washer & dryer. There is also a large drinking water container placed on top of the shoe cabinet. So you can have as much water as you need!
The bathroom is located outside the bedroom. Place is large & comfortable. Everything is working. Tried the washer & dryer, all good.
Bathroom is good with strong water pressure ( a plus ).
There are free drinks & coffee at the lobby with scheduled free shuttle bus to nearly major markets.
The road outside the apartment would be jammed during morning & evening peak hours.
The is an on-site swimming pool, restaurant & mini-market. Do note that as the kitchen is located at the 2nd floor on top of the mini mart, your order of the food at the ground floor restaurant would take some time to arrive, as the waiters need to climb up & down the stairs.
There are spas & cafes just outside the apartment & is walking distance to my favourite Crab restaurant at 94 Định Thien Hoang.
However, I deducted 1 star because the binds at the window in my unit is damaged & not working.

What an amazing experience. Yes a little bit of a walk from main centre even though district one , but most places accessible by foot in 30 minutes.
We chose this accommodation as it offers 3 bedroom apartments perfect for family of 5 .
Staff are friendly sky and helpful . 24 hour reception is useful plus kitchen that opens till 10pm.
Room on arrival was spotless ! Even the cutlery drawer had perfectly aligned forks and knives , and every day our dishes were washed … wow !
On-site restaurant is great. Yes a little small but we actually prefer to eat outside by the pool anyway . Buffet is different every day and great value ! Vietnamese milk coffees are included too yum !
Pool is a great size and the resort really does feel like you are miles away from a city given nothing really overlooks into it.
For us this was the perfect location for our stay , so good we cancelled our other planned accommodation and will be staying here again next week .
Oh , cannot forget , the gym is one of the best hotel set up gyms one will come across!! Dumb bells, strength machines, cardio machines all available .
If any improvements could be made , I would like restaurant staff to have greater awareness of what gluten free options are and why someone needs to know this if they are coeliac . Also to see some soap available by the pool side toilet . There is another toilet in reception very close and super clean , but the poolside toilet also seems to be used regularly by kitchen staff in addition to guests .
All up a very nice stay and of course , we will be back

The 5 of us stayed at Somerset HCM for weeks. It was a nice serviced apartment. Each unit has its own washer/dryer which enabled us to conveniently do our own laundry. The unit was clean and roomy. Breakfast is pretty simple, good if you're in a hurry. There is a convenient K-Mart inside the premise and lots of eateries within walking distance. One suggestion to MANAGEMENT: Draw a Pickleball Ball Court on existing Tennis Court to accommodate Pickleball Lovers since Pickleball Ball is a fast-growing sport. The PB lines would entice pickleball fans to choose to stay here. Our group certainly would because of that accommodation.

The facility is very nice, clean and new. The breakfast can be improved with more variety for different days of the week. The staff are all nice and hard working people The bathroom design is not efficiently functional or backward. A hairdryer can not be plugged into the bathroom outlet, so I had to go back to the bedroom every morning to use the hairdryer. However, either there is no mirror in the bedroom or the cord is not long enough to bring it closer to the mirror if there is one.

relax comfy room with views, nice pools and one of the best 3 bedroom we stayed in Vietnam at such an affordable price, location is little out of action but good, wish to use shuttle bus more but they stop becuase of TET. Love the swimming pool and spa and the views. House keeping is great and reception and service is great too.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to Dalat. Got the recommendation from my friend and it did not disappoint.
Stayed in 2 bedroom executive and we loved the room. Fully equipped with kitchen, fridge and washing machine. The room is clean, spacious and it has been reburbished. I need not use any adaptor as the rooms provide same socket in Singapore.
The breakfast area is small but sufficient. Particularly love the hot soup noodles. There is also a K Mart in the hotel which you can get food and drinks if you arr hungry in the night. It is open till 12 midnight.
The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. They will recommend nearby eateries as we wanted to try local food. Overall, we find the stay very comfortable and highly recommend if you are travelling to HCMC.

I stayed in Somerset Nguyen Bình Khiem and their breakfast was wasted of money. Low standard of service at breakfast. Best to get some bread and eggs from Family Mart and make your own.
There are more places to choose from in the Ho Chi Minh City area.
