My friend and I rented two bikes from here, they haven't been maintained very well, if at all. Brakes were loose, speedo didn't work on one of them, 2 of 4 helmets were fit to use, one of them cut out any time throttle was released. Not good.

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm at Hong Thien Backpacker Hotel for one night and I can only recommend this place. Small but clean rooms close to many bars and restaurant and the breakfast included was very good as well. There was no real common area to meet other travelers, but the amazingly friendly and helpful staff absolutely makes...

Stayed here for four nights while in Hue. There was certainly no glamor or fluff, but the price was great for a clean room with working air conditioning, and good free breakfast. Additionally, the staff was very helpful! We were always given good food recommendations and they helped us book comfortable, safe, and competitively priced transportation anywhere we wanted to...

Had a pleasant night at the Hong Thien Backpackers Hostel. It's perfectly located (bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and markets all over the place) and yes, no elevator although 5 stories. But the higher the better the view. Loved the balcony! And the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful at any time. Breakfast was wonderful (get to choose from a list...

Stayed in the dorms for two nights. Great value for money, though know that the beds are soooo hard! But the room was really really clean, and they were cleaning the toilet and shower properly every day! The staff are great. The guy at the reception made my stay, he was so nice, spoke English, gave me juice and banana...

This a budget backpackers hotel and on that basis I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are functional and tidy, the staff are unbelievably friendly, the cost is extremely good and breakfast is thrown in as well. Tours booked through the hostel are significantly cheaper than booking them through professional tour companies or doing it yourself. I paid through the...

After staying in crowded hostels with my friend, it was nice to have a room to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to sort out some issues we had with the room. When we left they helped us book a taxi to the station so we didn't get ripped off. Our room also had a balcony...

A friend and I stayed here for one night. The location is good, right by a line of restaurants and not too far from the bridge over to the Imperial City. We'd booked a twin room but were put in a bigger room on arrival for no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and provided us with free drinks...

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for one night on our way from Hanoi to Hoi An. Despite arriving over 4 hours early, we were still allowed to check into our room after waiting only 45 mins. The pool area is nice, although limited and if kids in the pool then very loud. The room itself was ok....
