My boyfriend and I were so disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The reviews and images on TA had given us a false impression of this place. The room was a good size and was fitted out well however, the musty smell was absolutely horrendous. It was almost at the point that I wanted to change hotels but we...

We stayed in Waterland Hotel for two nights, and we were extremely satisfied with the service received. Very big triple bedrooms, with very nice bathrooms with hot water. The staff is very very friendly and help you organizing any tours you want. Breakfast could be a little bit better, but for what you pay is more than enough. Great value...

We booked on the satisfied advice of other trip advisor reviews and found them to be accurate. Large rooms with reasonably comfortable beds, very clean but smell damp. One room had water dripping from the ceiling and water stained walls. Breakfast was a bit sparse. Staff very friendly offering drinks whenever they see you - waitng for tour, using computer....

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. It's beyond the level of service you would expect from any hotel. The rooms are nice, light and clean. Value for money is incredible!! It's really close to the town, but away from too much traffic noise. We really look forward to staying with them again.

Don't get put off by the small alleyway in which this hotel in located! Waterfall hotel is well located close to good restaurants and bars. It is about a 15 minute walk to the citadel or a short taxi drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in times of need. We were there during the flood waters and needed...

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Staff are super friendly and always welcome you with a smile & a glass of water! Rooms are massive and lovely & clean. Free wifi and use of the computer downstairs. It's quite a walk to the citadel, but you can get a taxi for about 20-25,000 (about 1$). Short walk to restaurants...

Arrived at Waterland to be pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were and of course so clean!! HUGE and quite possibly the best bathroom we've had, it had one of those big showerheads and not to mention the flat screen TV! The light in our bathroom broke one night and within 2min of telling the staff there were people...

Very large rooms for the price. There is no elevator so if you can't climb 5 sets of stairs, be sure to let them know. The rooms were quiet, beds were hard (as per everywhere in Asia) but comfortable, and the view from our room was great. The router for wifi was IN our room so we had no connectivity...

We can only recommend the Waterland Hotel in Hue. After staying for several weeks (business) it can be safely said that this hotel is a safe bet. Free wireless internet, generous and delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and attentive and friendly staff make this hotel a real treat. Its central location is a further plus. The Waterland restaurant, which is a...
