It's hard to say anything bad when you are paying so little for the room but I'd like to give an honest review. The positive: the location is excellent and at night it is so quiet that you can get a good night sleep. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, they got us a great price on a...

The location is a bit hard to find but to make up for it there is all you need in the same street as in restaurants/cafes/loundry. The staff was friendly and very helpful, helping with bus tickets for next destination and loundry on time as we only stayed for one night. The room was ok, best bed(size and softness) only...

The hotel is conveniently located (it's a small walk to the Citadel, 25 min) in an alley in the centre of Hue. The staff speaks English, is very friendly and helpful. You can book tours, transfers and you'll receive a city map at arrival. Rooms are of decent size and have AC and a fan. The breakfast is great. You...

My girlfriend and I visited Hue for 5 nights and stayed at the Ngoc Binh Hotel. The hotelroom was very good, the A/C was quiet and worked good. Very soft beds! Most of the beds in Vietnam hotels have springs, this bed is supersoft and we finally slept good in a long time. The staff/owners are very friends and will...

My stay was a mixed baggage. The staff were friendly enough and were always willing to help out. The first room we checked in was dirty, there were weird yellow stains on the bed sheets and towels so we asked to be moved and the second room was bit better but there was some residue on the bath but as...

We booked this hotel for 2 nights during our stay in Hue. Upon arrival there was a power cut but the staff were very apologetic and were well equipped with candles. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone travelling on a budget, the staff are friendly, the rooms are a good size with a tv, fridge, wardrobe and air conditioning. The...

This hotel is tucked away down an alley way in a nice quiet area of Hue. Easy to get to the Citadel by foot and the tombs by scooter. Bed was so comfortable and a great variety for breakfast (definitely recommend adding for the small extra cost of room price). Family were so lovely and let us use their computer...

Very very friendly and helpful staff, made us feel very welcome. Good location down a quiet alley, free breakfast is good and can get free tea or coffee if you ask which is a bonus! Big comfy beds and clean room. Would stay here again if I come back!

One of the nicest welcoming in Vietnam, easy to find information and rent a scooter, nice and cheap room, very clean. Not far from the center and citadel, but very quiet street. Definitely a good stay.

Very nice receptionist, helped us a lot and although we stayed only one night he was very warm and kind to us. The room is not the best we've been to but it's definitely good enough and value for money. Nice bed (very soft), good fan (a little noisy), hot water (ran out pretty fast), toiletries and free breakfast included...
