Thank you so much for such a great service and for the best experience I had. Member of staff “Hoang” was brilliant and very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the sea. Loved that welcome drink and fruit platter. I visited pre Covid situation last year.

When I first arrived, the front desk staff was really welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Balcony is quite small but offers an amazing view of the sea. Bathroom was nice however the towels were too thin. Bedding was thick, comfortable and offered a great night sleep. Only issue I had was my neighbour left their room door open the whole day smoking cigarettes and the smell stank the whole corridor. I called to complain in the afternoon and the front desk staff (another guy) told me he would call them on the phone. When we came back after dinner, the cigarette smell was in our room! The exhaust or AC must have spread their cigarette smoke to our room. There was a staff walking pass at that moment and I told him about it. I was travelling with an infant and it's not healthy. He offered to switch rooms for us but there was no double beds with seaview available. We slept that night with the balcony window open....... The next day, front desk staff (a lady) called to offer a small gesture of 2 fruit juices as an apology. Breakfast was nice, however the egg counter staff could not understand omelette or scrambled eggs. The uncle at the parking garage was extremely friendly. Overall, mixed emotions, but I would definitely return to Xavia Hotel again.

First off, I’ve already known that Nha Trang has the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam but I didn’t expect it would be this breathtaking. I think I would live here if I could. Anyway, the hotel was really near the beach so I expected that it will have a great view from my room. It feels too perfect for the geographical location you know ? The staffs were very helpful and friendly the hotel was very bright because the main color was white, my room was also like that which feels very heaven-like. The restaurant served very fancy and high quality meals and dishes. As for entertainments and other services, there were a lot of thing to do here, beaches, pool, gyms,....very convenient. To be honest, I can see myself living here for months. Overall, this was one of the bestest hotels I’ve been in Vienam.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the price and also that it was relatively new (opened 2018). Yes, it was a 30 minute walk to the city center (Incense Tower) but only between VND60k-80k via Grab (10-15min ride). It was also right across the road to the beach. Receptionist Tuyen was very sweet and helpful, she gave us a list of restaurants to go to. The map provided was a terrible blurred photocopy tho. We had to use Google Maps on our phones instead. BUT I was extremely unhappy with my room - even though I paid 30% extra to upgrade our room from Deluxe SeaView to Premier WITH BALCONY, our tiny, triangular-shaped balcony was a fraction the size of the my friend's cheaper deluxe room. Ours didn't even have any outdoor furniture because it was too small! Not sure if this was the fault of AGODA or the hotel for misleading information! And only ONE (1) bedside lamp was provided in each room, despite having 2 bedside cabinets. Why? And worst of all... the drain in the shower gets blocked intermittently, causing water to flood into the entire bathroom as the floor slopes OUTWARDs. We had to use 3 towels everytime we showered. What a waste! Overall, this hotel is not too bad, service is excellent but Xavia needs to amend their website as there is a new building blocking the view of the sea of all the Premier rooms (not to mention the lack of balconies!) Also, the drainage in both showers is extremely poor. I suspect it's the amount of sand (from guests returning from the beach) that is blocking the pipes. The view from the Deluxe rooms are good enough!

Room Tip: Don't bother with Premier rooms, Deluxe w Seaview (on high floor) is best

Khanh Hoa is the receptionist in Xavia Hotel. He went out of his way to find the best private tour that is suitable for us. Then he followed up with us to make sure we were enjoying our tour, on his day off. He also helped us with finding the best restaurants for dinner in Nha Trang. His attentiveness & thoughtfulness have made our stay in Nha Trang most enjoyable. We will definitely recommend Xavia Hotel to our family & friends.
