I tend to be very forgiving and understanding when it comes to discrepancies or issues with lodging, but this place was just bad. The staff are not helpful at all. The lower floor smells like urine. Part of the reason I booked this was because I thought breakfast was provided, but it was not. The air conditioning works well, but...

Stayed here for 2 nights.... The location is very good. Close to the beach and town whilst still being quiet at night. The rooms are very basic and I found the air conditioning poor! After being out in the heat the air con really wasn't great. The bathroom area was even worse with an old wooden rotting door and the...

The lobby is bigger contrary to other guesthouses in Vietnam. The room was spacious (probably one of the most spacious ones from all the hostels we've stayed at during the entire trip). Our room was located at the 7th floor (which was fine since they have an elevator), with a good view of the city (the windows were big enough...

This room was clean and comfortable in a good location. Unfortunately there was a strong stench of rotten cabbage which made the stay unpleasant. If I had no choice I would stay again but ask to check room first.

The hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the beach, has spacious rooms having good beds, a desk, TV, a fridge and a bathroom with hot shower available. It's clean also and the staff is cool. It's quite comfortable and there are good cheap restaurants around. Very good for a budget hotel and nothing to complain about.

Considering Nga Trang was in our minds a great example of development-in-paradise gone wrong, the Kim Ngan stood out as being actually pretty good. For 20 US bucks we got a very nice, clean room on level 5, view of the city and mountains beyond was great, and the personal deck off the room was absolutely huge. We did however...

My friend and I stayed here one night travelling through Nha Trang. The lady on reception was very nice but the man was awful- surly and bordering on rude, which we have not yet encountered on our travels through this country as normally hotel owners have been very accommodating. No hot water in the evening or the morning for out...

Quite a nice place. Good rooms, very spacious. Good bathroom, couldve done with a shower curtain though. Was very comfortable place to stay, handy location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and mall etc

We got dropped off here by our open tour bus. The hotel manager and/or owner was standing out front and gave us the sales pitch. Pros - AC, big rooms, fridge, cheap. Cons - no hot water, need exact change to pay for room, pushy staff. They bug you many times to book tours, etc. through them.

Positives: Big room with balcony (501), elevator, T.V, fridge, aircon, soft beds, fresh towels every day, good cheap laundry service, wi-fi in rooms and lobby, excellent location close to beach and restaurants. Negatives: Only 2 computers in lobby, the one on the right is so slow its basically unusable, and the staff's children tend to use the fast one on...
