I spent one week there with group of 30 people. The rooms are small for 3 persons, but the personel is very nice. In dining room great traditional food was served everyday. There is also conference room upstairs with nice view on the city & Ararat mountain. Suitable place for big groups & trainings.

The hotel is located close to the city center. Walking distance, but at the same time close to the metro station, so you have easy access to the center. The prices are quite cheap for the city center accommodation, but still it doesn't stand as an obstacle for clean and good service. The staff is helpful and ready to give...

Despite the disappointment that the pool was not in use, we ended up loving this hotel and would gladly return. Generously sized rooms with plenty of space and sofa, coffee table, desk in addition to beds, as well as nice touches such as the box of tissues. Cleanliness standards are good. Optional hotel breakfast was adequate and tasty. The location...

When we ordered the hotel through internet, we dis not know exactly where the hotel was located, somewhere in the center of Yerevan. First of all, we three friends stayed there for four nights and paid ca. 66 USD per night for three. The price was quite reasonable. The first impression of the location is that it is located away...

In a quiet area of the City - formerly hosting some nomenklatura people, this little hotel remains a good option: quite cheap, clean (but do not forget to hang the sign out of your room, otherwise no cleaning!), at walkable distance from the centre (but local cabs cost only 1 euro for short distance drive). The dining room - where...

A difficult hotel to talk about. It is in a quiet residential area but still walking distance from Opera so not too bad. Reception varies from being helpful and very unhelpful. Whilst there is a resturant there was no food available so one evening they sent out for a take away nearly cold pizza. Breakfast was poor so we only...

Never have I experienced such a high level of unprofessionalism in my all years of travel. The staff as well as the managing director or all incompetent. Upon arrival I requested a confirmation of a pool being at the hotel, they confirmed this however to my surprise when checking in I discovered the pool was empty. The staff were also...

I booked online base on the pictures! But the reality is different! it is not even close to any main streets! f you want to stay in a cottage with 98 stairs no lift then book in this hotel! Then it costed me 260 to book in a five star hotel to forget about that horrible place!

Just recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and generally had an overall positive experience: PROS - Spacious rooms: bed, flat-screen TV, dining table for 2, and a living-room like area, with balcony; it was lots of space and definitely larger than your average hotel room - Quiet location: pretty much zero noise from outside since it was in a...
