Back again in lovely Anahit Stepanyan's B&B, really home far away from home, lightfull nice apartment with a view to the cold but beautiful Christmas decorated Opera square, the service and accommodations are first class. Can't say enough about Anahit. What a wonderful individual; always smiling, so personable & willing to assist. Just perfect!

The guesthouse is perfectly located on Sayet Nova Street (within walking distance of all the sights worth seeing in Yerevan). It's a beautiful apartment which is best described with a series of buzzwords: Soviet time capsule, bohemian, artistic/artisan (who knew that soviets treated academics and artists so well!), homely, a loft (because why the not!) and a matriarch (Mrs Anahit)...

The hostel is like a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay. Even got the chance to listen to Mrs Anahit playing some piano pieces. Very helpful in directions specially in giving advices about traveling in Yerevan Armenia. Highly recommended :)

Anahit is such a wonderful woman. She will do everything she can to help you navigate Armenia. She will make sure you are taken well care of. She is very caring. She has a certain high expectation and unconditional love for people that really makes her feel like a second mother.

Anahit is a very gracious host. I feel like I came home here from a long journey. The apartment is very comfy. You will be sharing your stay with a handful of guests in this large apartment. Highly recommended.

I stayed with Anahit for a week and had an excellent time. Interesting conversations at breakfast, always willing to give me tips and suggestions about where and how to go around in Yerevan. Every now and then nice piano music in the background (Anahit plays). When you are looking for a chique hotel like place, you should not come here....
