I stayed at Avand Hotel with friends. For a double room we payed around 80$ per person for 3 nights which is quite a good deal for otherwise expensive Baku. So of course the expectations must be limited to what you pay for.
- Very large and tastefully decorated rooms, they really do look as new as shown in the pictures. Well cleaned and you have to look twice to find a few makeshift elements.
