Away from the hustle bustle of the new town, Brunei Hotel is very central to all the historical sites of Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital city of Brunei Darussalam. The staff are friendly. Hotel is small but well kept. Breakfast area is small but food was excellent. Water temperature can be a bit of a problem. If you have a...

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, good central location close to banks, restaurants, malls & the bus station. Taxis need to be booked as usually none waiting outside, but that is the norm in BSB. Good breakfast buffet & reasonable serving times.

Room: the seating is comfortable as are the beds. The bathroom is a decent size - good shower. I don't feel like I'm tripping over my things or my family in the room like I do in some hotel rooms. The staff: everyone is lovely. They seem like a tight group with a goal of doing good work and delivering...

Liked this nice little hotel in Bandar. Could walk around the city easily night or day. Don't have much to say about the city, just there for stopover into Borneo. But hotel clean, good service, & location.

Its nice hotel with best location in the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. Free WIFI and speed is fast. Breakfast is good with some choices. The problem is my room AC leaked. I just found it in the morning. Overall this hotel is good.

It's a modern remodeling hotel located in a great location, walking distance to lot of famous tourist attractions in the city centre. The stuffs are friendly but I had problem with the internet as it's not working almost all the time and I made the request to check they explained the unprofessional way or perhaps that's the best quality they...

I arrived at the Brunei Hotel just last week, very unwell and tired. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and not disturbed. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. I felt so grateful for the front of house staffs' help in arranging checkout as late as possible. Breakfast offered a range...

The hotel advertises itself as a "Boutique Hotel" and I can agree. Cozy, charming "little" place 65 rooms. Well furnished with Safe box, kettle, tea/coffee replenished, free bottle of water provided, well furbished bathroom. A wardrobe is missing, it's a sort open racks with hangers. TV (11 local channels), free WiFi (!). Many of the rooms with "no view" though...

During my 6 night stay in Bandar Seri Begawan from 07/07/16 & I'm staying at a different hotel 15 minutes away by foot. I called into THE BRUNEI HOTEL on a few occasions, mostly just to avoid the day high temperature, the Hotel staff were friendly enough, just ordered a refreshing cappuccino & paid BND 5.00. Your able to smoke...

In search of affordable options for an overnight transit stay, The Brunei Hotel lived up to our expectations. Upon entry the hotel has a modern western feeling, given the surroundings. A simple hotel, the room provided (superior double) was large enough for a couple to get settled in however the amenities were somewhat minimal. The beds were somewhat stiff but...
