I arrived past the hour of 6PM. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They provided tips about travelling in the city as well as good restaurants to try with. They have nice and clean rooms that are comfortable to sleep into. Excellent!

The room was dated and bed was a bit hard. The tv had about 4 channels and the wifi was spotty. This kind of room would cost $15-20 in other countries but here its more expensive. Its a 15 minute walk to the city center so the location is ok for the price. Not many better options walking distance from...

The front desk staff were very helpful and the hotel offers a transportation van that you can book. It gets you to the major destinations for cheaper than a taxi. The hotel itself lacks an identity, for it is neither a nice hotel nor a budget hostel. The condition of the rooms/building leads one to believe the ownership and management...

Very friendly staff! Location is superb! Hotel is in a walking distance to every important atttaction. Rooms are old, but there's a lot of space, which was nice. We had a one bedroom + livingroom and a specious bathroom and a balcony. Well worth the money.

I'm very dissapointed with how they manage their inhouse cafe. State at the door the cafe is open until 9pm but when I want to have my dinner around 7.30pm the cafe was closed. When asked the reception all they said was to fetched taxi to nearby kampung for USD40 return fare. I have to walk at night to BSB...

There aren't a lot of hotel choices in the Bandar Seri Begawan area, especially for those looking for something budget to mid-range. Everything is more expensive in Brunei compared to its neighbors, so you're just not going to find perfection with the hotels with the lower prices on here. That being said, if you want to stay in the city...

Having booked the Jubilee over the internet before arriving in BSB, I didn't know what to expect... Brunei's prices are almost double compared to Malaysia; don't assume your going to get really luxury because you're paying more though. The Jubilee's charges are average and its the best you're going to get for the price you're paying. There was an airport...

I had a stop-over in Brunei and booked this hotel so I could be close to the city. It was great! Had a bit of a tour as part of the airport pick up service and the driver pointed out some of the sights and locations. It's an easy walk to everything in the city. The room was clean and...

You get what you pay for, and the Jubilee makes no bones of the facts that it is a budget hotel. The room furnishings, door locks, and overall interior decor look like a throwback to a few decades ago. But the rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. Hotels in Bandar Seri Begawan tend to be more expensive than...
