Located right on the riverside street, walking distance to main attractions such as the Royal Palace, Nation Museum, and Giant Ibis bus station, and many bars, restaurants that cater tourists. The hotel has rooftop bar with riverside view, and rooftop pool but just big enough for you to soak in the hot days. We love the decoration motif of this...

The Quay reminded us of our home town in Milan. We go to Asia every year and thought that we'd venture to Cambodia this time. Contrary to what we heard, Phnom Penh had some fantastic hotels, but none so grand and stylish as The Quay.

We have stayed at a few hotels in Phnom Penh, but invariably come back to stay at The Quay because it is the best value for money. We come up for weekends and treat ourselves here because we have come to love the friendly staff, and that's something that money just can not buy.

Had drinks on the rooftop bat. Fair prices, for exceptional service stunning view. Would come here again. I can't comment on the hotel itself as I didn't stay here. See my other reviews for Phnom Phen.

We were a group of 15 & needed a larger seating area. The Quay Rooftop was amazing. The cocktails & food was fab & it overlooks the water. The Dragon fruit martini is not to be missed. The pricing was reasonable too

The boat races are a spectacle every year in the capital and we make The Quay Hotel our vantage point because of the commanding view. Even when the races are done we invite friends up to the rooftop for drinks at sunset. Can not beat it year after year.

I booked a suite anticipating a great view and I was not disappointed. The room was very spacious too and gave a very good first impression. The location is also perfect, overlooking the Mekong river. However, almost 100 USD for it seems quite excessive. This is especially because some of the furniture looks like it is falling apart (try to...

Were were very very happy with our stay at The Quay Hotel. This is our first review, because we have never truly had a fantastic stay that warranted going to the trouble of writing one before. Luxurious beds and the view from the balcony, to die for.

A welcoming surprise coming back to this hotel. The foyer was like a new exhibition in an art gallery. It has been a few months since my last business trip, but its great to see the fresh new artwork enveloping the entire ground floor foyer area.

The longer I think about it, the more faults I find with this place. It started with airport pick-up: the driver was there as promised, but appeared not to know exactly where the hotel was so asked a couple of times for directions and had to return at least once when he obviously made a bad turn. Check-in was smooth....
