I liked this boutique hotel. Let me dive right in and talk about my favorite thing about it: I love, love, love the shower. It's one of those "raincloud" type heads, with the water coming out directly overhead. The surface of the shower head is about 30 cm across. The décor of the shower is an evergreen mish-mash (for lack...

I've now stayed at the Quay three times. Its owned by the FCC chain. In fact the first time I stayed here I'd booked at the FCC but turned down the room as it was way too noisy...and I do mean noisy! The FCC directed me to this place. their sister hotel just up the street which is much nicer....

the Quay Hotel is nicely located. Very close to the bars and restaurants, and the Royal Palace is just 10 mins walk away. We had quite a bit of expectation of this hotel as it is recommended by quite a number of guide books. we got a suit room facing the river, very spacious, with huge bathroom. However, when we...

The Quai is a trendy place with an excellent location located on the Quai. When I reserved, only small rooms without windows were available . In my room, there were a couple of opaque glass panels, so I could at least know if the sun was shining and when nightfall came. The room was small and there was no table...

My room was on the back side and had only a small window looking into another building. Cost was lower but would have been worth extra to get a balcony, better view, and some fresh air. The room furnishings were nice and it was quiet. Slept well. Lobby is bright and modern with friendly staff. It may be a small...

Currently staying here and have one more night to go. I can't wait to leave. I'm in a room overlooking the river and the first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell of mould and damp. Air con not effective and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The design of the hotel is first rate but...

I stayed at the Quay Nov 3-6 for business. This is my second stay at the hotel over the last two years and unfortunately the service has taken a plunge and the rooms have not been maintained. I stayed in one of the nice large size room facing the river. Great size and comfortable with the exception of mold in...

Great views, great location and friendly staff. I opted for the spacious suite room - with balcony and riverview. Whilst the price was a bit more than I usually pay, well worth every dollar I spent. Rooftop bar a great place for happy hour cocktails. Friends welcomed to the hotel without any hassle.

We stayed here on our last night in Phnom Penh and were very happy to stay in such a clean and modern hotel. The location of the hotel was really good as there were plenty of bars/restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The hotel was very near the Grand Palace and faced the riverfront, really good for sitting in a...

Tonight i went to "The Quay" on riverside, boutique hotel with rooftop bar for my friends birthday Pros: Good cocktail selection, very nice vodka sour Cons: Smelt like a garbage truck on the rooftop All the fans were broken, sat there sweating like a pig Nothing to clean your hands with in the bathroom So much for a boutique hotel,...
