At first glance charming and beautiful with great garden and tastefully furnished and decorated. However, the rooms do not really offer a comfortable stay, no table/desk and chair to comfortably sit at, nothing to put up even a towel, your toothbrush or soap in the bathroom, not light to speak of, extremely noisy music throughout the day and evening in...

We were a bit leary after reading the reviews, but we stayed here for 3 nights with no problems. We originally booked two rooms with a shared bathroom and no AC but were offered a large family room with AC and an ensuite bathroom for the same price, which we gladly accepted. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our teenagers...

I was a bit dubious about staying here after reading Trip Advisor reviews, but was pleasantly suprised with Boddhi Tree. The highlights were: - french/oriental interior design - comfortable beds - amazing food from the restaurant (the best tom yum I have ever had, and that includes Thailand) - open, friendly service I wish we could go back on this...

Del Gusto was a truly awful experience for us. First, they had lost our reservation meaning we had to transfer to a more expensive room. This was disappointing as we travel on a budget and this was already our "Splurge" so it killed our budget for our stay in PP. Second, the room was very shabby for the price, with...

I have been thinking and rethinking if to write this or not, and how to write it. Maybe because I’m back in Phnom Penh and it happened to be in Del Gusto few days ago, and it was quite unpleasant. I stayed at Boddhi Tree from the 18th Feb to the 11th March, one week at Umma, three at Del...

When booking this hotel, I asked some questions about transportation, which they never answered. Therefore, when I had to change the reservation and didn't get a response, I didn't worry. But I did e-mail them twice more and filled out the change of reservation form on their website. The day before our arrival they finally responded, telling us they didn't...

my friends and i like boddhi very much as it's not located at the center of the city. the staff were accommodating, the cozy room and homey ambiance made phnom penh very un-city like. :) the inn have a fast, free wi-fi connection.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews from Tripadvisor. All we read about its beauty (lovely rooms, garden, nice food, etc.) was true but at our arrival we had a sad surprise. The types of room we had booked were not available. When we protested the receptionist did not seem to care much. In the end he managed...

This place made me so mad. It was my splurge hotel for my last few days in Phnom Penh. But what you see on the website is different than reality. I expected big verandas where I could relax and read; however I only had the small front and side area alongside the street. I was kept up at night by...
