Lobby staffs are nice, I like the bellhop guy with the big smile and thing. Lights out after mid-night! Scared the h*ll out of me, thought that I was grounded on the street through the night for being late like a boarding school, lol. Room is undisturbed, shower is okay, except of bloody-like drain on towel that I feel terrible,... More

Stayed here just the one night but coincided with the annual 3 day Water festival. Welcoming staff, very spacious room and air - con that if uncontrolled could give you a chill. Small pool with two plunge pools on the roof. Breakfast was a little disappointing. We had been for an early morning walk to the central market and by... More

The hotel is in an "iffy" part of town. Once inside, the rooms and staff are very nice. We saw some prostitutes working the river walk area. But loved the proximity to the street side bars and the local farmers market. We had drinks and dinner in a local restaurant (2 of us) for $13 US!

The Ohana Palace is situated right near the riverside and is walking distance to some nice bars. On the opposite side of the hotel is the local's night market. It's very smelly if you walk through it but worth a trip. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Nice courtyard pool with saunas. Food quite good but as not many... More

Comfy and neat rooms , very friendly and polite staff! Location is good, you can walk along the Tonle Sap river which is at a stone's throw! Royal Palace , National Museum and the city monuments are all closeby. Plus quite nice food joints!

Dear fellow reviewers: This is Cambodia, an undeveloped, impoverished country with minimal infrastructure and rampant corruption. Expect unqualified servicemen, keep your hand on your wallet, and be delighted when staff can understand your particular style of English. That said, this is a spacious, well-equipped and conveniently located hotel - but US$50 is a lot of money for a room in... More

My husband and I booked 2 nights and only stayed one due to the hotel being far from clean. No refund for the night we did not stay but we couldn't wait to get out of there so we didn't care. Our room was large with a balcony but it had bird poo and rubbish on it. Room had bugs... More

I have stayed at this hotel four times now over the last 6 years and I am always happy with my choice. It's in a great location near the waterfront so close to scenes of the locals going about their daily activities. There are also nice restaurants close by, access to transport etc etc. Check in and front service is... More

Great location opposite the river with many restaurants and cafes adjacent. The breakfast room is small and when they have a tour group it is crowded however there is additional seating around the pool. Rooms facing the street may be noisy.

On a Wendy Wu tour of Cambodia so have a tour manager looking after us. Any problems our group of 15 had went straight to him and things were sorted out in hours. The only problem we had was the plug not fitting so water drained away before you could get a proper depth. Pool a real plus and we... More
