Not easy to find, just up a tiny road and behind some large gates, open up into a lush green courtyard where you have breakfast. Old colonial house, rooms are very nice, would not recommend the top floor as very steep steps up. our aircon was not working well so we were quickly moved to another room with no fuss....

Our stay in Alibi Guesthouse was amazing. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room nice. They serve the breakfast in their nice front patio. Definitely the best decision in Phnom Penh. The last day when we checked out they let us to take a shower before our late plane. Thank you for everything. Owkong

We stayed at Alibi Guesthouse for 2 nights and had a good stay. We were on the second level and in the superior room. The room was a good size and had a private bathroom. Room included a safe, AC, fan, wifi, free bottled water, and breakfast was included in the room. Breakfast included your choice of eggs, toast, fruit,...

There is not much I can add to the other reviews here. I found Alibi (pron Aleebee by the staff) to be a pleasant haven from the chaos and, um, grot of the streets and laneways. On arrival they offered me a choice of third floor room with a nice view but steep stairways, or a first floor room with...

Had a great two night stay at this guesthouse. We had a Superior room on the 3rd floor which was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. A bit of effort is required to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor, so maybe request a lower room if you aren't very fit. A/C and shower were great and we appreciated the fridge...

I stayed here for 3 nights and the room was very nice, big and with all you need. The location is very good for visiting the National Museum and Palace, maybe a bit far from the Riverside eateries, but it is in a safe area so even at night you can walk back to the guesthouse. Breakfast is outside in...

The rooms are nice and the house is very charming. Alibi has a charming garden where breakfast is served. Coffee and tea is excellent and the breakfast is good. The guesthouse is located close to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and Mekong River. There are many nice places to eat near by. Our favorite restaurant was Sher-E-Punjab-II,(Indian Nepalese and Khmer food)...

This small guesthouse is an oasis amidst the noise and bustle of Phnom Penh. The manager/owner(?) Christian keeps a keen eye on everything and standards are well maintained. I had no issues with the staff - all were friendly and helpful - and I had Room 8 mentioned in a recent review. It is perfectly fine - my bags were...

Booked a room at 4th floor through Agoda 2 months ahead because we saw lots of excellent reviews. However they changed our booking to attic of 1st floor when we checked in. They refunded us then. But the room we stayed (No.11/12. Cannot remember the number clearly) was super noisy. Kids outside did not yell/play until 1am for the night...
