Whether you choose an air-con room or not you will not be disappointed with this hotel. There's free wifi, helpful and friendly staff (English & French speaking), a cheap laundry service, excellent food, comfortable beds... and a plentiful supply of (not too intense) tuktuk drivers outside. Having stayed in many hotels in PP this is definitely the one I would...

We spent a month and a half in this guesthouse (Nov-Dec 2012). The location is very convenient. The street has many other GHs and it is close to the Royal Place and the riverside. The place is ok, the room was spacious and had a balcony (15 $), the majority of the staff are friendly. I was learning Khmer language,...

The location is quite strategic and nice (because it is nearby royal area) with Royal Palace, National Museum and Independent Monument within walking distance. We book 1 double and 1 twin with toilet attached but were given 1 double with toilet and 1 triple with sharing toilet but that is okay since we are staying for 1 night only. The...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this guest house in January 2013... Aside from being some distance from the centre of town, the rooms are very clean and quite large for their price (we paid $11 a night) and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this guest house to anyone and would stay here again :)

pros: Good location. Very close to the Royal Palace and National Museum. Just one or two minutes' walk. cons: I booked a "Fan-cooled room features a cable tv and private bathroom with bathtub". However, when I arrived late at 03:00a.m., they gave me a triple room without a tv, let alone a bathroom! The bathroom was outside and the water...

We stayed for 3 nights here. It's was just $10 a night for a room with a/c and tv. The room was tiny though, just enough room for the bed, nowhere to really change or put your bags. Saying that most places in PP will charge much more for an a/c room. The riverfront is where you get your most...

When I booked a room at this guest house, I let them know that we were arriving on a late flight from South Korea. Unfortunately, when we got to the guest house, they had given away our room. I was extremely disappointed since I specifically told them we would be arriving late.

The guesthouse has good accomodation for the price in Phnom Penh, but they must be underpricing the rooms because every time you leave they want to sell you more, and in a sort of agressive way that was very off-putting to me. When you are leaving, they ask where you are going, and if you say, 'to go get some...
