I was edging towards a 4 star for this but something I couldn't quite put my finger on kept me at a 3 star. Hotel comfortable enough but boutique is pushing it a bit. Basic rooms with handprints on the wall isn't boutique! Having said that.....great location and friendly staff.

I think is a family run business with large rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioner in my room struggled a bit but it was a north facing room with a lot of windows. The cleaning staff were hard working and the rooftop breakfast area was adequate.

This place is a short tuk tuk away from most places of interest. It is great value for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the top floor has a nice view of the phnom penh skyline

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in this boutique hotel located within a 2-3 minute walk from the quaint 308 Street area with a host of excellent small bars and mainly European restaurants. The room was well equipped with a good, high pressured shower and a basic breakfast included in the price. The only downside was the somewhat oral poor...

"Overall excellent, great value for money" The room was lovely, large, clean and felt semi-luxurious. The staff were very helpful, friendly and arranged transport for us as required. The hotel has a lovely much needed pool. The breakfast could have been better organized and more consistent. One day you would get fruit the next day not. There were insufficient cups...

Rooms although basic were functional, clean & spacious with all mod cons- room safe, air con, TV, kettle. The hotel is 15min walk from main tourist area. As other comments have already mentioned, the breakfasts were hit & miss. Maybe they were understaffed? But the lady serving breakfasts seemed to be running around like a headless chicken. Not her fault,...

The hotel is located close to the center. The rooms are basic but good standard. We had a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. As our room was downstairs it was a bit noisy which didn't bother us. The pool is small but sufficient we didn't use it anyways. We choose not to book the breakfast here as there are...

The Jasmin Monument Hotel is a recommend - especially on the deal we got - about $30-35/room/night. Fairly simple 3* affair, but it was clean, had a pool, included a basic breakfast and was within a 100m of loads of bars and restaurants (without and noise disturbance). Special mention to the new manager - Sreymach. I hope I got that...

This is a very basic hotel in the centre of the city. On the positive side, the location is very good. And it has a small pool. However it must have been built as a basic hotel and has faded since. No lift, despite going up four floors. With a very narrow staircase. A cafe on the top floor serves...
