The location of the hotel is great, as you a minute walk to the restaurants and night life on 136 street by the river, and very close to a wide array of sightseeing spots. The hotel itself is only ok. The rooms are very small, which is fine for 1 person. The beds are very old and the bedding not...

Avoid this hotel. I stayed here with friends for three nights, we booked three rooms. They do not maintain the rooms and chances are you will have to change rooms because either the hot water, AC or door lock doesn't work. The rooms are dirty and the sheets are stained and ripped and don't fit the bed properly. I think...

We were travelling in a large group, and hadn't booked ahead, so our options were limited. Initially, the Queen Wood was an emergency back stop, but we ended up coming back again at the end of our trip. Sometimes the devil you know is more than adequate. First things first - this is no flashpackers with pumping Western vibes. It...

They cldnt give another because hotel was fully booked (i dont believe it tho). Old torn side pillows, paint peeling off. Toilet door worse than any of the public toilet's. Distasteful interior. Internet was ok Breakfast is...

The first thing they should do is hire a maintenance man to begin repairing everything. The wooden loungers were broken & there was an electric light floating in the pool. In my room, the wardrobe doors didn't close & the cabinet door was hanging off it's hinges. In the corridor, tiles were cracked and the entire hotel needed reprinting. Every...

Stayed here with friends while on visit to Phnom Phen. Great location two blocks from riverside. However the hotel is a very average hotel. All of us experienced problems with our rooms from cold water showers, broken shower holders, light switches broken, electric sockets not working, fridge not working. The breakfast was terrible so much so it was included in...

Great location near adult night life and good restaurants. Internet cafe nearby and cost is about $1 per 30 minutes. Clean room, soft bed and strong shower water. Guest friendly and have many restaurants nearby.

On arrival the staff were very pushy even though it was 5am. We got told that we had to leave all three of our passports at the desk which we did not agree to. We then got into our room and the shower was in the toilet room so is a little difficult to shower. Then we went into bed,...
