Our transfers were organised by our travel provider, NOT the hotel. I believe you can get the room cheaper if you elect not to have breakfast. If you do go for breakfast, go down as early as possible
Tuk tuk's vary in price. A few dollars each is acceptable. I found the best way was to find a few tuk tuk's together and always turned the first one down and walked away, the rest were falling over themselves to offer you a cheaper fare!
