Like other people have said, even when I complained to some random guy at a shop He told me, they use a copy of your keep And snoop its well known Don't get credit, because they will putt add...

I really don't understand why so many of the comments are so bad. Maybe it's a matter of priorities. Let me break it down for you. This place is a great place to crash with good food at cheap prices served at the restaurant and some very kind tuk tuk drivers waiting to take you anywhere in town. The rooms...

Bad service, dirty rooms, no water, weird smell, no interest in helping you and they are really rude when you ask them a question. And there is no Aircondition in the room so it is extremely hot. Would not recommend.

If you want to become friends the staff, don't stay here. If you want a super cheap private room with bathroom, decent wifi for each floor, comfortable bed and be close to the city centre then this is a great place to stay. All in all a great place for budget backpackers.

After reading the previous reviews we were a bit worried after booking this guest house , but it ended up the being the opposite, a warm welcome. The people who have complained about this guest house are forgetting they are only paying $5 per night , so just think before you review. The room was clean and nice the breakfast...

Arrived excited to visit the Capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, and after 10 minutes at the front desk we were left just praying that not all people here were this rude! Then we saw the room. Large bed, however, takes us 90% of the room space. Leaking sink so whenever you brush you teeth you are soaked. Ants all over...

Like other people said here "you can't really complain for 5$ a night" but the way the guy at the reception treats people is just not worth it.. He made faces almost about any question I've asked him and also made fun of my origin, The day i left i only had a 50$ bill to pay for a meal...

We booked a hostel in Phnom Penh as close as we could to the centre at the cheapest rate we could find. We've stayed in some very basic places on our trip around South East Asia, and this was much the same in terms of the actual room. The difference with Grand View is that you get the bonus of...

There are plenty of other guesthouses for the same amount around Phnom Penh. The rooms here are basic but clean which was fine and good for the price. The real problem was the staff. They are very aggressive and have poor conflict resolution skills. When checking out there were extra items on our bill which obviously weren’t ours as they...
