When we stayed, the hotel provided us with lots of information about the taxi/tuktuk services. You should ask what companies they are collaborating with. However, if you have decided to use their service, be prepare to pay for the service fee.
Ps. I'd suggest you talk to the hotel manager/reception about taxi companies, and contact the taxi company yourself to save your budget.
