Staying here for a conference and the hotel and had everything I needed. Reception staff polite and helpful, good sized, and warm, room and a good shower. Great view of the city. Shopping centre next door. Room service. I would happily stay here again.....wonderful futuristic building too with a funky lighting show on the outside....

You really don't feel that you're in a luxury or even good hotel, it's more like a big hostel. Rooms are all clear but the problem is about additional services. there's no good restaurants here, no good bar or club inside (just a karaoke bar and it's not that good). Staff (except reception) can not speak English. And finally I...

Duman is a nice and comfortable hotel with very convinient location, nice views and extremely polite and friendly staff. Special thanks to the sales managers - Mr. Zhasulan Zhanaev and Mr. Tair Boshayev. During our stay they made sure we had everything we needed. I believe great businesses grow and thrive on great people. Zhasulan and Tair made our stay...

When I stayed there didn't seem to be many other guests there but the facilities and service/staff were great. The room was large, and clean, the food in the restaurant was top quality and there gym was great.

The room was very nice. Every day clean sheets and towels. It is a big hotel with great ambiance. The swimmingpool is very big and nice. The sauna and Turkish bath need some renovation. The small restaurant offers nice dinners.

The hotel is pretty mediocre. A check-in area that is not very welcoming, staff is indeed friendly and helpful. The first room was totally below standard, poorly and tasteless decorated, the bathroom is just cheap, a plastic shower cabin with tons of silicon stuck tot he wall, mold everywhere (smell as well). The ceiling was just industrial steel laminated full...

The building appears to be undergoing a facelift. Inside it is spotless and very comfortable. English speaking at the desk and in the restaurant. Buffet was great. Coffee is never great in this part of the world in my opinion. Ask for a Cappuccino or americano if you really like coffee. Wifi works well. Elevator is all glass and is...

Although it is grandly scaled, there are a few things that seemed fuzzy around the edges at this hotel. My room had only a shower, not a bath. I was supplied with a plush terry-cloth robe, but only two towels. I had to ask for body lotion and hair conditioner (which they had, but had not put in the room.)...

Was a bit worried about going to Astana, Kazakhstan for work purposes for four days as I was told nobody spoke English there. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Hotel Dumon on a very cold wintry night as a couple of receptionists could speak English. Even the helpful young man, whose name was also Dumon, who was at...
